About Sunkissed Fiber Festival

The Sunkissed Fiber Festival is the brainchild of Laura Regan, owner/indie dyer of Created 4 U By Laura.  Laura and her husband Kevin enjoy the spring and fall festival season up North, but as snowbirds thought January would be a perfect month to try a fiber festival in Florida!

After looking at a couple of locations they settled on hosting the inaugural Sunkissed Fiber Festival at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds just outside Tampa in 2026.  The 2026 festival was wildly successful and we will be returning to the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds in January 2027!!

Laura loves finding ways to bring the fiber community together and is hopeful that this event will offer a great experience for fiber businesses and fiber loving attendees.

As we mentioned the 2nd annual Sunkissed Fiber Festival is taking place at the Hillsborough Country Fairgrounds in Dover, Florida (about 25 minutes from Tampa) on January 23-24, 2027. Saturday, January 23 the hours are 9am-4pm and on Sunday the hours are 10am-3pm.

There is an admission fee of $5 per day or $7 for the weekend.  At this time we will only be selling tickets onsite and it will be CASH ONLY at the door.
